Women’s Ultimate Panel
The complete performance and health picture.
Women who want deeper hormone, thyroid, iron, cortisol, insulin-sensitivity, cardiovascular, vitamin B12, and recovery context — including Lipoprotein(a), an inherited heart-risk marker routine bloodwork rarely checks.
The Full Picture, Not A Snapshot.
Women’s Ultimate is built for people who already know the basics aren't enough. It goes deeper across hormones, thyroid, inflammation, insulin sensitivity, and cardiovascular risk — including Lipoprotein(a), an inherited risk marker routine bloodwork rarely checks — so patterns that a smaller panel would miss have somewhere to show up.
Just need a baseline? Compare Women’s Foundation →Reviewed by a provider, not just emailed to you.
Every BloodWorx panel is reviewed by a provider before it reaches you, so you are not left staring at raw lab values on your own. Anything worth a conversation gets flagged.
Turn Lab Data Into Better Conversations.
Could cortisol, insulin sensitivity, inflammation, or cardiovascular markers be affecting how I feel?
Do I know my Lipoprotein(a) — the heart-risk marker that is largely set by genetics?
Do I have a broader panel to review cycle-related, recovery, and long-term health questions?

Add-ons are optional extra tests you can tick on during checkout. They are drawn from the same blood sample — no second visit.
Add IGF-1
Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 reflects growth-hormone activity and may add context around recovery and healthy aging.
Add Iron and TIBC
Adds serum iron and binding-capacity context alongside ferritin for a deeper view of iron status.
Add Vitamin D
Adds vitamin D status for additional recovery, immune-health, and long-term health context.
Add Cystatin C with eGFR
Adds Cystatin C plus a calculated eGFR for a clearer assessment of kidney filtration. Unlike creatinine-based estimates, Cystatin C is less influenced by muscle mass, making it especially useful for athletes and individuals carrying more muscle than the general reference population.

No. BloodWorx is a direct-to-consumer lab service. You order online, visit a LabCorp draw site near you, and receive your results directly — no insurance or referral required. A provider reviews your results as part of the service.
Processing timelines vary based on lab volume and the specific markers in your panel. Once available, results are delivered digitally and reviewed by a provider who flags anything worth a conversation.
After your order is confirmed and a provider issues your lab requisition, you can take it to any partnered LabCorp draw location. Most are walk-in with no appointment needed, and the draw itself typically takes less than 10 minutes.
Women’s Foundation ($175) covers a focused baseline and is a strong starting point for routine monitoring. Women’s Ultimate ($299) adds deeper context — including 11 additional lab tests — for people who want a fuller picture of hormones, thyroid, inflammation, insulin sensitivity, and inherited cardiovascular risk (Lipoprotein(a)). Both are provider-reviewed and drawn at LabCorp.
Yes — fast for 8–12 hours beforehand (water is fine). Women’s Ultimate includes fasting insulin, which needs the fast to be interpretable, and fasting also sharpens the metabolic and lipid markers. Book a morning draw too: cortisol is normally highest in the morning and its reference ranges assume a morning sample. Stress and hard exercise can also raise it, so skip training beforehand.
Most direct-to-consumer lab services either charge more for a comparable panel, or charge less and deliver a fraction of the markers. BloodWorx panels are priced flat, and provider review is included rather than sold as an extra.
It can. Several hormone markers shift across the menstrual cycle, so the timing of your draw is useful context for interpretation. Note the date of your last period when you review results with your provider.
Important Context Before Testing.
- BloodWorx panels are educational lab testing services and do not diagnose conditions by themselves.
- Results should be reviewed with an appropriate healthcare professional and do not replace medical care.
- Testing does not guarantee performance, health, or treatment outcomes.
