Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of getbloodworx.com, endurance.getbloodworx.com, and the lab testing services offered on them, provided by GetBloodWorx, a Siddiqui Ventures LLC company. By placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and live in the United States. Home test kits can’t be shipped to New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. You must order for yourself, and the information you give us must be accurate and complete. Lab orders and reference ranges depend on it.
2. What we provide
GetBloodWorx sells lab panels, individual lab tests, and home test kits. For blood panels and individual tests, an independent licensed provider reviews your order and issues a lab requisition, Labcorp collects and tests your sample, and the provider reviews your completed results before they are released in your GetBloodWorx results portal. Home test kits are ordered through and tested by a separate laboratory, which sends the completed report to us, and we email it to you. Kit results are not reviewed by a provider.
3. Not medical care
GetBloodWorx is not a medical practice and doesn’t provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Lab testing gives you information to discuss with a qualified health care professional. It doesn’t replace an exam or ongoing care, and a result within a reference range doesn’t mean you are free of disease. The provider’s role is limited to ordering your tests and reviewing your results.
If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911. Don’t wait for lab results.
4. Your responsibilities
- Follow the preparation instructions for your panel, including fasting and timing your draw.
- Take your requisition to a Labcorp patient service center and complete your blood draw.
- Watch for our emails, including in your spam folder, and keep your contact details current.
- Follow up with a health care professional about your results.
5. Timing
We email you a link to your lab requisition within 1 business day of your order. If we need to confirm any of your details first, we'll email you. Turnaround depends on the test. Labcorp typically reports standard tests like a CBC, metabolic panel, lipids, and thyroid within 1–2 days of your draw. Hormone tests and specialty, high-sensitivity assays take longer, and some can take up to 14 days. A provider then reviews your complete panel within 1 business day. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Lab delays, holidays, and sample issues can affect timing.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the Site and charged at checkout through Stripe. Prices include the tests listed, the provider order, and the provider review. Optional add-ons are charged separately. Promotion codes apply only as stated and can’t be combined unless we say so. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order you’ve already paid for. Insurance isn’t accepted, and we don’t file insurance claims for you.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, refunds, and account credit are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Results and accuracy
Laboratory tests can be affected by preparation, timing, medications, supplements, exercise, and lab error. We don’t guarantee any particular result or outcome. Bloodwork doesn’t guarantee performance, health, or treatment outcomes.
9. Third-party services
Labcorp, the provider practice, the kit laboratory, and Stripe provide their services under their own terms and policies. We aren’t responsible for their acts or omissions, except as the law requires.
10. Site content
Articles and other content on the Site, including Learn, are for general education only. All content, logos, and design on the Site belong to GetBloodWorx or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use.
11. Disclaimers
Except as stated in these Terms, the Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GetBloodWorx’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site or services is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after we post them.
