Privacy Policy
Effective October 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GetBloodWorx, a Siddiqui Ventures LLC company (“GetBloodWorx,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit getbloodworx.com or endurance.getbloodworx.com (the “Site”) or order a lab panel or test kit from us.
1. How GetBloodWorx works
GetBloodWorx is a direct-to-consumer lab testing service. When you order a blood panel, an independent licensed medical provider reviews your order, issues your lab requisition, and reviews your results. Labcorp collects and tests your blood sample. Your results are released to you in the GetBloodWorx results portal. Home test kits are ordered through and tested by a separate laboratory, which sends the completed report to us, and we email it to you. Kit results are not reviewed by a provider.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us when you order: your first and last name, email address, date of birth, sex assigned at birth (used to apply the correct lab reference ranges), mailing address, the panel or tests you choose, and any add-ons. For home test kits we also collect a phone number for shipping.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t receive or store your full card number. Stripe shares limited details with us, such as the amount paid and payment status.
Health information: the tests you order and your lab results. Blood panel results are created by Labcorp and held by the provider practice in its medical records system. Home test kit reports are created by the kit laboratory, which sends them to us so we can email them to you. See section 5.
Checkouts you don’t complete: if you enter your details and start checkout but don’t pay, we keep those details and may email you about your order. See section 6.
Information collected automatically: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site. Clarity records how you interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement), your device and browser type, and general location, and sets cookies to do so. The Site also loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
Location, if you allow it: after you order, the confirmation page can show Labcorp locations near you on a Google map. If you choose to use your current location, your browser shares it with the map to find nearby locations. We don’t store it.
Referral information: if you arrive from a coach’s or sponsored athlete’s page or link, we record which one referred your order.
3. How we use your information
- To process your order and payment, and to send your receipt, requisition, results notifications, and home test kit report.
- To pass your order to the provider and lab who fulfill it.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To follow up by email on checkouts you started but didn’t finish.
- To credit coaches and sponsored athletes for orders they refer.
- To understand and improve how the Site works.
- To prevent fraud, keep records we are required to keep, and comply with the law.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use your health information for advertising.
4. How we share your information
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| The independent provider practice | To review your order, issue your requisition, and review your results |
| Labcorp | To collect and test your sample |
| The kit laboratory (kits only) | To ship your kit, test your sample, and send your report to us |
| Stripe | Payment processing |
| Service providers that host the Site and store order records (for example Netlify, Supabase, and the practice’s medical-records vendor) | To run the Site and fulfill orders, under contracts that limit their use of your data |
| Microsoft (Clarity) and Google (fonts and maps) | Site analytics, fonts, and the Labcorp location map |
| Authorities or others when required by law | To comply with legal obligations or protect rights and safety |
| A buyer or successor | If the business is sold or reorganized |
Coaches and sponsored athletes who refer you see only that a sale was made through them. They never see your name, your contact details, or your results.
5. Your health information
Your lab orders and results are created and held by the independent provider practice, which is a health care provider subject to HIPAA and protects that information under its own obligations. The GetBloodWorx results portal shows your complete results only after every result is in and a provider has reviewed them. If you use the MyLabcorp app, you may see some individual results there before your panel is complete. Your full panel, reviewed by a provider, is released in your GetBloodWorx results portal. Labcorp handles anything you see in MyLabcorp under its own privacy policy.
Home test kits work differently. The kit laboratory sends your completed report to GetBloodWorx, and we email it to you as a PDF attachment, to the email address on your order. It is sent by regular email, not through a secure portal, so anyone who can open that inbox can read it. We don’t keep a copy of the report after we send it; we keep only a record that it was sent. The kit laboratory handles your sample and report under its own policies.
6. Checkouts you don’t complete
If you start checkout but don’t pay within about 24 hours, we keep the details you entered and may email you about completing your order. To stop these emails, reply to the email or contact us at info@getbloodworx.com.
7. Cookies and analytics
Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and similar technology on the live Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Microsoft describes Clarity’s data use in its privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com. We don’t use advertising cookies.
8. How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. The provider practice keeps medical records for the period the law requires.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and service providers with security programs of their own to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@getbloodworx.com. We’ll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. Some information, including medical records held by the provider practice, may need to be kept for legal reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
11. Who can use GetBloodWorx
Our services are for adults 18 and older in the United States. Home test kits aren’t available in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We’ll post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect.
